secrets of a successful mindsetYes, it’s important you learn the techniques and the skills but without the right mindset, it is totally impossible to create and sustain success.

In this article, I share how to develop the right mindset for success in your home business.

Why You Need The Right Mindset For Success

While Network Marketing may have one of the simplest business models out there, it actually isn’t easy. In order to succeed, you must maintain the mindset that attracts and retains success.

If you are new into Network Marketing, realize that this business will test you, and life will punch you in the face to test how strong your resolve is. It’s kind of like life wants to make sure you are strong enough before it rewards you with the success you desire.

Developing A Success Mindset

The fastest way to teach yourself to change your mindset is to change your vocabulary.

You have to make a conscious effort to change your self-talk and the questions you ask yourself from downgrading, and negative to positive and action-provoking questions.

robert kiyosakiI like to use this illustration I learnt from Robert Kiyosaki.

Broke People ask, ‘How much will this cost me’, while Rich People ask, ‘How much will this make me’. That’s such a powerful impact from just changing the question you ask yourself about the same thing.

Are you ready to give your business whatever it takes?

This is the mentality you need to sustain if you must create success in your business.

The Right Mindset for Success is the Whatever It Takes Mindset.

When Success is no longer a wish but a must, you have to make the decision to give this business whatever it takes. If you need to stay up an extra hour at night or get up 2 hours earlier everyday in order to achieve your goal, then so be it. If you need to cut down on television to gain that extra 30 minutes for your personal development, so be it.

The right mindset for success is a ‘whatever-it-takes’ Mindset and the funny thing is that after making this decision, we find out that it was all just a test because once you decide to give it whatever it takes, the universe actually conspires to help you achieve your goals faster and easier.

Make that Decision Now.

Great post! I don’t know anyone who was born with a success mindset. It’s something that we have to work on. Having a success mindset creates the foundation we need to move forward out of our comfort zone and take action in our business.
I love how Robert Kiyosaki puts it – it’s all in how you see things. All these people are always asking – how much will it cost. They are clearly asking the wrong question and will likely not succeed if they join a business.
    Thanks for the post!

Thank you for sharing your tips on a success mindset. I also write a lot about mindset because it is the first thing that needs to be in place before you set out to succeed in anything. These are great tips and I appreciate them very much. Thanks again.

Hi Adeposi! I loved this: Broke People ask, ‘How much will this cost me’, while Rich People ask, ‘How much will this make me’. I am having some issues right now in my life and this phrase just came in the right moment. thank you

The problem is not the problem, the problem is your attitude about the problem.

Your mindset is what keeps you going when you encounter any problems along the way. Love how you share to change your vocabulary, really powerful thing to do!

Excellent Louisa. Funny thing is from the time we make that decision to give it whatever it takes, it doesn’t seem that hard after all and things actually start falling into place faster.
