That undeniable yearning deep inside all of us
most tender but, persistent like droplets from a leaking roof, will never cease to tug;
telling us to rise and fulfill our calling,
it’s destiny within us crying out for expression.

We are all partakers of this experience,
sadly most of us choose rather to live forever in the shadows of true happiness,
a state of total contentment only attainable when we are immersed in the subject of our passion;
when all our energies are focused on that vocation or cause by which we derive utmost fulfillment.

We should heed that silent cry, buried deep in our hearts and help it find expression.

I live by an insight best expressed by Theodore Roosevelt:
“Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure… than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat”.

Have a thoughtful day!
